Today Crumbler is proud to present its first short film, “Casey on a Segway turning around in a circle.” Not to go all avant-garde high-concept film critic on you, but basically it’s about a guy (Everyman/Christ figure) on a Segway (capitalism) turning around in a circle (history repeating itself/season 3 of The Wire). For the cinematography I commissioned my longtime partner/mother Sally Newton, and we did the entire thing in 15 seconds for the cost of a Segway rental.
